The Engineering Services practice is led by a senior engineer with 33+ years of direct operating experience across 20+ named production plants in fine chemicals, API and intermediates. The Practice Head's profile combines operating responsibility (BCL Distillation, Toluene Chlorination, BCHO, OCBA, OCBCHO), equipment expertise across reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, distillation systems and utilities, customer audit experience from the receiving side (GSK, DSM, Lupin, Sandoz, Sun and Dr. Reddy's profile), and programme leadership in TPM and operational excellence transformations.

Vaibhav Kumar is the Founder of the LensVox group, which runs two specialist practices: LensVox Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. (engineering consulting for chemical, API, intermediate, pharma and agro plants) and LensVox Pvt. Ltd. (production AI consultancy). His technical background spans an M.Tech in Automation and Robotics, research at CSIR-CSIO, and production AI work across document intelligence, biomedical AI, computer vision, radar and edge AI, and industrial automation. The Engineering Services practice operates with full operational autonomy under his strategic governance.
Shipra Singh
Shipra Singh is Co-founder and Director of LensVox Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., alongside Vaibhav Kumar, and shares ownership and governance of the practice within the LensVox group. Her focus is strategic governance and the integration of engineering with a practical digital layer — predictive maintenance, plant-document intelligence and operational analytics drawn from the LensVox AI bench. She helps direct where that technology earns its place on the plant, keeping the AI subordinate to the engineering outcome.

Where an engagement has a clear AI-leverage case — predictive maintenance, OEE analytics, audit-document automation — Engineering Services coordinates with the AI practice and owns the engineering outcome. The AI message stays subordinate to the engineering.
