Engagement

Six standard engagement shapes.

Every engagement we take on falls into one of six shapes. Standardising makes pricing predictable, resourcing repeatable, and what you're buying clear before you sign.

Every engagement runs under a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with a per-engagement Statement of Work (SOW) defining scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria.

How an engagement actually runs
01

Discover

We read your plant, equipment and operating data — usually on site — and agree the real problem to solve.

04

Shape

We map the problem to an engagement shape with a clear scope, deliverables and commercial basis. You know what you are buying before you sign.

05

Deliver

We execute against the agreed scope through the four quality gates, ending in a written deliverable and a review call.

Four-gate quality discipline
01

Kickoff gate

Scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria agreed in writing before any engineering work begins.

02

Mid-engagement review

A senior review of findings and direction partway through, so course corrections happen early, not at handover.

03

Deliverable QA

Every deliverable is checked against the agreed acceptance criteria by an engineer not on the delivery team.

04

Retrospective

A short close-out review with you — what landed, what to watch, and what a sensible next engagement looks like.
