When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide — your name, company, role, email, plant location, sector and the description of your problem. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use enquiry details solely to respond to you, scope a potential engagement, and maintain our business records. We do not sell or rent your information. Plant and process information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and is covered by the Master Services Agreement.
Retention
We retain enquiry and engagement records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to engineering@lensvox.com.
